Ingredients:
10 garlic cloves
1 bread loaf (baguette or similar)
150 g serrano ham (diced or sliced)
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
3-4 eggs
2.5 L chicken stock
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Cut the bread loaf into thick slices then break it into small pieces.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic slices and sauté until golden brown and fragrant.
Add the diced serrano ham to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to release its flavour.
Add the bread pieces and fry them a little
