Ingredients:
As measurement use a small yogurt cup
150 g Greek yoghurt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil or vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
5 g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g blueberry
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add the eggs, Greek yoghurt, and vegetable oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Add the vanilla extract, sugar, and all-purpose flour mixed with baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth and lump-free cake mixture.
Coat the blueberries with flour before adding them to the mixture to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake. Then, gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the cake mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C / 338°F for about 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
Let it cool completely before serving.
