Ingredients
2 large ripe banana
150g oats
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp honey
30g chocolate chunks
Instructions
Place the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the oats, vegetable oil, honey, and chocolate chunks, then stir everything together until well combined.
Lay a sheet of baking paper on a worktop. Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. With wet hands, shape each portion into a cookie.
Cut the baking paper to fit the cookies and transfer them to a preheated air fryer at 180°C (356°F). Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying them.
